Effective date: October 28, 2026
Signal Sphere ("we" or "us") runs the website at thesignalsphere.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Site and what we do with it.
What we collect
What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address and whether you are a panelist, a brand or agency, or someone else, and optionally a message. We keep what you enter so we can reply.
Technical details. Our host, Cloudflare, records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed. We use it only to run and secure the Site.
That is all. The Site has no analytics, advertising trackers, CAPTCHAs, or cookies of our own.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and talk with you about the Signal Sphere consumer research panel and the studies we run for brands.
- To keep ordinary business records of our correspondence.
- To protect the Site from abuse.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Only the providers that help us run the Site and reply to you: Cloudflare (hosting) and Postmark (email delivery). They act on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay for as long as we need them to respond and keep business records, then are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time at the address below.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
